I would have said fair game because it's all open source but they have directly copied the channels, docs and blog posts too so this is definitely malicious intent.
They also broke the license of fluxer by not keeping zeno open source https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/blob/refactor/LICENSE

It violates license by not referring back to the original source (fluxer), and not remaining open source.
Looks like they took everything down, the website is down and their YouTube channel says "this channel does not exist" (though they might've just hidden everything)
I managed to archive their promo video on the Internet Archive
I also saved their website on the Wayback Machine yesterday while it was still up, though it's not showing up publicly yet, probably just indexing delays
Thank you for reporting. It would be best to email copyright@fluxer.app or legal@fluxer.app about this in the future to ensure it goes through to the proper channels!

- The docs are directly copied from fluxer with slight modifications
- The docs reference currently nonexistent repos under the user @zenoapp
- The website helpfully has a dmca email at dmca@zenochat.app
I would highly recommend communications start with the zeno team to ensure they follow the licenseComment by @DamitusThyYeetus123
