I would have said fair game because it's all open source but they have directly copied the channels, docs and blog posts too so this is definitely malicious intent.
They also broke the license of fluxer by not keeping zeno open source https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/blob/refactor/LICENSE
It violates license by not referring back to the original source (fluxer), and not remaining open source.
