Display emote name in "View reactions" popup

The "View reactions" menu will refuse to show you any of the emote names that people reacted with, only who reacted and what the emote looks like.

Text underneath the currently selected emote with what its name is, surrounded in :s. Make sure the case is preserved as well! (Discord forces it uppercase, which is quite annoying)
