Current problem
Currently, the Personal Notes button takes us to a tab that looks like a DM with someone. This is fine for quick notes, but as soon as more notes are taken over time it quickly becomes a mess: having to browse individual messages, or use the search bar to find informations about one topic spread across many messages of different dates...
Proposed change
I propose to turn this tab into a forum-like tab: re-using the new forum system is simply perfect in my opinion: we can attach a photo or not to each forum post, give them a name, and keep all our notes in those forums. That way, the Personal Notes feature will look more like a proper note app than a DM, with notes (the forum posts) being able to be sorted from either how old they are, or by last change.
Existing notes could be converted easily to a Default forum post to make sure the transition to this system does not destroy the current implementation/content of our current Personal Notes.

I do not have a visual, but it would litteraly be a re-branded forum tab, of what has been rolled out a few days ago with the forums and media tabs.
