Observed behaviour
a non-native titlebar is shown in the VC PIP popout when the "use native titlebar" option is checked
also, the minimum height for the vc area when its popped out should be a lot smaller, some people choose to pop this out to give more room to show the chat of the vc they're focused in
Reproduction steps
- enable "use native titlebar" in advanced options
- join a vc
- pop it out
- observe
