I'm on Bazzite with KDE Plasma 6.5.5, I do not have this issue. Just in case it helps narrow down the cause.
That's interesting, so somewhere between 6.5.5 and 6.6.1 has this issue. Did you try it with the Day-Night Cycle as well in the Plasma version that has Day-Night Cycle?
