Themes can't change in settings at all when changed on KDE Plasma Desktop until closed and reopened

Summary

Okay, related to this one, but this is a very different bug, since this isn't just the System theme that has issues, as selecting Dark theme won't change it. And I can also show you something really odd when that happens when changing the KDE system theme too: 557417953-9bcd05cd-d10a-444e-b7c9-d34c187bcc5b.webm Now that's something new we haven't seen before, because even the regular themes won't switch over. That is until it's closed and reopened, then it will change again as normal: 557426859-826f8d0d-a1e5-4faf-93ce-61b0df72f9e3.webm The reason this one is different from the other bug, is because the other one could still change the theme, but only the System theme would stay as is.

Steps to reproduce

So here's how to do it:
  1. Use a Linux distribution with KDE Plasma Desktop 6.6.1 installed.
  2. Open Fluxer.
  3. In Look & Feel, set the Fluxer theme to "System" theme.
  4. Change the KDE System Theme from Light Mode to Dark Mode.
  5. Try to change the theme in Fluxer, and nothing will happen, even on actual dark theme.
The changes will only take affect once the app is closed and reopened, just like with #235 .
