Scroll-Indicator-Overlay doesnt show up immediately without an initial scroll

Observed behaviour

Scroll-indicator-overlay ping does NOT show up immediately without a kickstarting scroll.

Reproduction steps

  1. Manage to get pinged in a server channel while being on another channel of the same server
  2. Switch between DM and that server

Build information

Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2590, Android 8.0.0 (arm64), Device Emui 8, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5

Expected behaviour Scroll-indicator-overlay ping shows up immediately upon looking at the channel list

Can reproduce CR; Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 591, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 21061110AG, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5

Can reproduce CR - Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2591, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9 Pro, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
