Edit history: Scroll-Indicator-Overlay doesnt show up immediately without an initial scroll

Observed behaviour

Scroll-indicator-overlay ping does NOT show up immediately without a kickstarting scroll.

Reproduction steps

Manage to get pinged in a server channel while being on another channel of the same server
Switch between DM and that server

Build information
