[Self-hosted] Auto Join Invite Code not auto joining SSO created users

After a new user is authorized through SSO, they do not redeem the invite code set using FLUXER_AUTO_JOIN_INVITE_CODE. This happens with disabled Single Community Mode. This might be in the same area as https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/issues/3085
