Observed behaviour
Fluxer jumps to the message but keeps the channel description open.
Just to be sure, I compared the behavior with Discord and they do close the topic as you jump to the linked message.
Reproduction steps
- Create or find a channel with a message link in the channel topic
- Click the message link
