Clicking a message link in a channel topic should close the channel topic

Observed behaviour

Fluxer jumps to the message but keeps the channel description open. Just to be sure, I compared the behavior with Discord and they do close the topic as you jump to the linked message.

Reproduction steps

Create or find a channel with a message link in the channel topic
Click the message link

Build information
