Keyboard opens if you trigger "Paste" in empty typing bar

Observed behaviour

The keyboard opens. The problem is I misclick often (typing bar empty) and the keyboard opening is annoying. Not sure if it is a bug as "not intended by the dev", but on discord this doesnt happen, and it is much better.

Reproduction steps

Hold click on the empty typing bar without opening the keyboard first
Watch the app opening the keyboard

Build information

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 7, Channel Beta, Build 2567, Android 8.0.0 (arm64), Device Emui 8, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Expected behaviour The "paste" button appears, and the keyboard stays closed UNTIL the user clicks the Paste button

Working as intended I'm 80% sure this behavior is intentional - Version 2026.09.100, Beta 7, Channel Beta, Build 568, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 21061110AG, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Working as intended the keyboard on discord opens for me. Pretty sure this is intended behaviour - Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 84, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone13,1, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5

Can reproduce CR - Also uncertain if intended and did not compare with Discard. Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2591, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9 Pro, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
