Observed behaviour
The keyboard opens.
The problem is I misclick often (typing bar empty) and the keyboard opening is annoying. Not sure if it is a bug as "not intended by the dev", but on discord this doesnt happen, and it is much better.
Reproduction steps
- Hold click on the empty typing bar without opening the keyboard first
- Watch the app opening the keyboard

The "paste" button appears, and the keyboard stays closed UNTIL the user clicks the Paste button
