Push to mute doesn't actually mute your mic

Observed behaviour

The mute button turns red like it's muting you, but the VC list never shows as muted, and other people can still hear you.

Reproduction steps

  1. Join call
  2. Hold the bound push to mute key
  3. User area mute button turns red
  4. No mute icon shows in voice
  5. Other people in call will still hear you

Expected behaviour While push to mute is active, you should be muted in the call, the VC list should show you as muted, and other people shouldn't hear you.
