Guild list cannot be scrolled with stylus input alone

Observed behaviour

A scroll bar does not appear.

Reproduction steps

  1. Use a stylus input device.
  2. Use Linux (this is important; Windows handles styli differently, unsure on how MacOS handles styli).
  3. Have the guild list overflow vertically.
  4. Attempt to scroll the guild list.

Build information

Canary Web 2026.605.11941, Linux (x64), Firefox 152.0, Locale fr OpenTabletDriver v0.6.7 in "Artist Mode", with default pen bindings and without plugins.

Can reproduce CR: tablet may not be necessary, but scroll bar does not appear; stylus can only autoscroll if enabled and has button - Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.605.11941, Linux 6.17.0-35-generic (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
