VC chats don't follow hidden or shown state of member lists from other channels

Observed behaviour

Voice channels ignore the state of other channels members list.

Reproduction steps

  1. Hide the members list on a voice channel's chat.
  2. Switch to a different voice channel.
  3. If the channel has its members list hidden, show it instead and proceed to step 4. Otherwise skip to step 5.
  4. Switch back to the voice channel from step 1.
  5. The members list will not have its state toggled.
