Observed behaviourThe channel category does not collapse. It collapses if "Hide muted channels" is disabled, but not if the option is enabled, even if no channels are muted. Reproduction steps

Create a channel category
Create one channel under it
Enable the "Hide muted channels" option in that community
Collapse the channel category
