Categories with only one visible channel cannot be collapsed

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to a random community with just one channel in a category.
  2. Click the category to collapse it.
  3. Observe.

Observed behaviour

The category behaves like it is collapsed (ie the arrow goes into a collapsed state), but the category does not get collapsed (ie the channel under it stays visible). This also happens if the category is muted, and also with categories containing multiple channels which are muted (leaving just one channel in the list).

Expected behaviour The category would be collapsed like any other category.
