Observed behaviour
Some small amount of flicker at the bottom of the right click menu. I think it's stuck swapping back and forth between having and not having a scrollbar, but unsure. See video for demo.
Reproduction steps
- Resize window to have similar height as right click menu (easiest to reproduce with right click on emoji)
- Right click on emoji
- You might have to try a few times to get the correct height
