[Linux] Inconsistent behaviour when window is out of focus

Observed behaviour

Names only on the member list are highlighted (almost selectable)

Reproduction steps

  1. Be in any server
  2. Focus a different window/app (i.e. browser, terminal, whatever)
  3. Hover mouse over fluxer server member list, note it highlights the name
  4. Hover over the channels, notice no highlight of channel
  5. Not sure if related, but to click/open anything if the window is not in focus, it takes 2 clicks (one to focus the window, another to take action)

Expected behaviour Either the same behaviour that happens on the member list also occurs on the channel list, or vice verser

Can reproduce CR: Note: behavior is from "First click pass-through when unfocused" setting working as expected, but perhaps members list should not be highlightable while unfocused/elements highlightable with setting enabled; Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.604.42434, Linux 6.17.0-35-generic (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US

Can reproduce CR: Note: in addition to what comfy said, the members list should not animate a highlight on mouseover when the "Stay fully interactive when unfocused" option is disabled. Unfortunately it does. Canary Desktop 2026.603.33821, Web 2026.605.11941, Linux 7.0.11-100.fc43.x86_64 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
