Tabbing doesn't highlight the copy button inside codeblocks

Observed behaviour

The codeblock's copy button is forced visible, but not highlighted

Reproduction steps

  1. Find or send a codeblock in chat
  2. Repeatedly press Shift + Tab until you tab into the codeblock's copy button

Evidence

In the video i shift tab all the way through the message action bar, through the codeblock copy button and up to the message sender username. I then press tab to go back to the action bar. In doing so i show that going both ways the codeblock copy button never highlights.
