Observed behaviour
The codeblock's copy button is forced visible, but not highlighted
Reproduction steps
- Find or send a codeblock in chat
- Repeatedly press Shift + Tab until you tab into the codeblock's copy button

In the video i shift tab all the way through the message action bar, through the codeblock copy button and up to the message sender username. I then press tab to go back to the action bar. In doing so i show that going both ways the codeblock copy button never highlights.

Expected behaviour
The codeblock's copy button should be highlighted
