UI overlap between volume controls and play button in audio attachments

Observed behaviour

You can't, the volume slider is in the way, and takes precedence

Reproduction steps

  1. Send an audio file in chat
  2. Hover over the volume controls
  3. Move your mouse up to where the play button is.
