GIFs in banners don't play when hovered if "Automatically play GIFs when Fluxer is focused" is disabled

Observed behaviour

Banner remains static when hovered with cursor.

Reproduction steps

Open settings > Accessibility > disable "Automatically play GIFs when Fluxer is focused"
Hover over a banner that's a GIF or animated with your cursor.
Banner won't play.
