Observed behaviour
Banner remains static when hovered with cursor.
Reproduction steps
- Open settings > Accessibility > disable "Automatically play GIFs when Fluxer is focused"
- Hover over a banner that's a GIF or animated with your cursor.
- Banner won't play.
