Autocompleted emotes and mentions stop message action bar changing when holding shift

Observed behaviour

It doesn't change, almost like the window doesn't have focus, until you click anywhere on fluxer then it restores the functionality

Reproduction steps

  1. Send a normal message - notice how you can press shift while hovering and it acts fine
  2. Send an emote or mention by typing it in chat then clicking it (or tab to select) in the suggestion menu
  3. Try to hover the message and pressing shift
