Pasting text while at the character limit will keep attaching the message as a file

Observed behaviour

It attaches a new file every time you paste

Reproduction steps

Copy some text
Keep pasting the text until you get near the character limit
Paste again and watch it attach the message as a file
Repeat step 3 and watch it keep attaching the file

Expected behaviour It should maybe only attach as a file when you try to send it, with some info saying this is what will happen
