Choppy scroll over specific UI elements

Observed behaviour

Scrolling is choppy until a new element besides a affected one is hovered and becomes focused. Affected UI elements are:
  • codeblocks
  • tables
  • input fields

Reproduction steps

  1. Hover one of the listed elements
  2. Start scrolling

canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-1-cachyos (x64), desktop canary 0.0.167, locale en-US

Expected behaviour Scrolling should be smooth.
