Observed behaviour

Global shortcuts only worked on the first launch

Reproduction steps

Install Fluxer Canary
See portal prompt for the requested global shortcuts
Shortcuts work
Restart Fluxer Canary
Shortcuts no longer work

To reset this state, do the following:

Close Fluxer Canary
Go to Shortcuts in System Settings
Select Fluxer Canary from the applications list
Delete it
Click apply
