[Fedora KDE Plasma] Global keybinds for deafen and mute toggle only work on first boot

Global shortcuts only worked on the first launch

1. Install Fluxer Canary
2. See portal prompt for the requested global shortcuts
3. Shortcuts work
4. Restart Fluxer Canary
5. Shortcuts no longer work

To reset this state, do the following:

1. Close Fluxer Canary
2. Go to Shortcuts in System Settings
3. Select Fluxer Canary from the applications list
4. Delete it
5. Click apply

canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.19.14-200.fc43.x86_64 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.166, locale en-US

I'll add terminal output in #channel in case it helps

Expected behaviour Global shortcuts should have continued working
