Switching to a voice channel without voice permissions while unmuted renders mic as unmuted

Summary

When I switch from a channel that I have voice permission in to another channel where I do not have voice permission, I become muted, but the UI continues to render as unmuted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to a community with a voice channel that you have voice permission in, and another voice channel that you do not have voice permission in.
2. Join the voice channel that you have voice permission in.
3. Ensure you are unmuted.
4. Join the voice channel that you do not have voice permission in.
5. Observe that the UI renders as unmuted.

As some extra steps to validate the issue:

6. While in the voice channel that you do not have voice permission in, attempt to mute and then unmute.
7. Observe that the UI will switch to muted, but will not let you switch back to unmuted.

Also:

8. Perform steps 1-5 to join the channel again with your microphone rendering as unmuted.
9. Join from the channel from a separate client / device.
10. Observe that speaking will not transmit audio (the bug is entirely visual)
