[Web] Modals appear in incorrect places when app zoom level isn't at 100%

Observed behaviour

Modals appear in wrong places. This is very likely related to #2467

Reproduction steps

  1. Open Fluxer on browser
  2. Set app zoom level to 75% or 125%
  3. Do any of the following: Open the inbox, open a user's profile, right click a message, mouse over the mute/deafen/settings buttons

Expected behaviour All modals should appear in the same places they do on the downloadable client
