Toggle Media keybind is missing from keybind settings

Observed behaviour

Toggle Media is missing. Ctrl + M is impossible to assign to any other keybind as it will toggle Media even while assigning a keybind in the settings.

Reproduction steps

  1. Press Ctrl + M
  2. Media modal toggles
  3. Close it and look through the keybind settings

Build information

canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-US

Expected behaviour "Toggle Media" should be listed as a keybind

Can reproduce Confirmed - Keybind is assigned but cannot be changed in the Keybind settings as there is no option available. - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-arch1-1 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.121, locale en-GB

Can reproduce CR, this actually seems like the same thing as #2417 but with a different keybind. I couldn't repro the other one with ctrl + g, but I could repro this one with ctrl + m - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.105, locale en-US
