Toggle Media keybind is missing from keybind settings

Can reproduce CR, this actually seems like the same thing as #2417 but with a different keybind. I couldn't repro the other one with ctrl + g, but I could repro this one with ctrl + m - canary build 586 (96d2f9a), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.105, locale en-US
