Edit history: resending a failed (reply) messages will ignore the ping setting

sent the message with ping

Prepare a reply message and turn the ping off
fail the message sending (simulate this by turning off your internet a few seconds before sending the message)
(turn on your internet)
resend the red message with the retry send button
the reply pings the user although it was set to the opposite

note: you can see the @ appearing infront of the replied user when the message retry sends
