Observed behaviour
The keybind doesn't work at all, even when the desktop application is focused. It's not registered in KDE Plasma either, even after restarting the client.
Reproduction steps
- Go to Settings -> Keybinds
- Add a keybind
- Record a button press or combination for the keybind
