Fluxer does not request to register global shortcuts in KDE Plasma

Observed behaviour

The keybind doesn't work at all, even when the desktop application is focused. It's not registered in KDE Plasma either, even after restarting the client.

Reproduction steps

Go to Settings -> Keybinds
Add a keybind
Record a button press or combination for the keybind
