Observed behaviour
Reaction does not go through.
Reproduction steps
- Enable First Click Pass-Through When Unfocused (Settings -> Advanced -> Window Focus Behavior)
- Attempt to react to a message using the action bar (hovering over the message will make the action bar appear.
