First click passthrough does not work for reactions in Action Bar

Observed behaviour

Reaction does not go through.

Reproduction steps

  1. Enable First Click Pass-Through When Unfocused (Settings -> Advanced -> Window Focus Behavior)
  2. Attempt to react to a message using the action bar (hovering over the message will make the action bar appear.

canary build 557 (8fef143), 2026-05-02 17:22:14 UTC, Electron 41.2.2, Windows 10 10.0.19045 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.113

Expected behaviour Reaction gets added to the message with the button I clicked.
  1. Rex changed the status from Needs triage to Confirmed

Can reproduce the entire feature is a bit broken, but fixes are coming soon, confirmed
