Mention user/role list jumps back to top when scrolling down in large communities

Observed behaviour

When scrolling down the list of results, the UI abruptly jumps back to the top, preventing the user from selecting users further down.

Reproduction steps

Open a large community with many members (e.g., Fluxer Labs/HQ).
Type @ followed by a common letter like "a" in the chat input.
Attempt to scroll down through the filtered member/role suggestion list.

Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 591, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 21061110AG, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5

Expected behaviour The suggestion list should scroll smoothly and allow browsing through all matching users without interruption.

Can't reproduce the list is limited, and finishes with @ moderator. jump did not occour.
