Muting a server with Hide muted channels enabled makes channel list disappear
Summary
When I have a whole server muted and "Hide muted channels" is enabled, the entire channel list for that server disappears. I would rather it to only hide the channels I have explicitly muted, while all other channels are visible when I have that muted server selected.
Steps to reproduce
Have a server
Enable "Hide muted channels"
Mute some specific channels, watch them be hidden, but keep some other channels unmuted
Then mute the whole server and all channels disappear
