Users miss notifications from other accounts when actively using the app

Observed behaviour

No notifications/indicators are received. Not when the app is closed to the background, not when it's stopped / swiped off in the recents menu. When closing the app, subsequent messages do successfully cause push notifications, but the ones received while app was open are never seen.

Reproduction steps

Set up the app with more than 1 account/instance
Open the app to one of the two accounts
Receive a ping/message on the other account

Build information

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 7, Channel Beta, Build 2568, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-S918B, Locale en-GB, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Expected behaviour A push notification or some kind of in-app indicator that there are new messages on a different account/instance.

Can reproduce Hasn't really been implemented yet, but will accept. Was thinking about the best way to do it yesterday.

Can still reproduce CSR: partially fixed now, but moving to second (or third) account not init with push still causes only notifs for first. Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2590, Android 17 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, Locale en-US, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
