Observed behaviour
Emoji picker doesn't show up for ~20 seconds
Reproduction steps
- Close mobile app first
- Open mobile app, immediately long press a message with the intention to react
- Observe the distinct lack of an emoji picker panel
- Wait for about ~20 seconds (approximately 5 re-opens of the long press function)
- Observe the emoji picker has returned
