Servers with notifications on muted channels and no notifications on other channels still appear like they have new messages

Observed behaviour

Displays servers like there are new messagses.

Reproduction steps

  1. Have Beta 58 and muted channels
  2. No notifications on other channels but at least one on the muted channel
  3. Watch the server on the server list

Build information

Version 1.0.0, Beta 58, Channel Beta, Build 2384, Android 13 (arm64), Device samsung SM-G781B, Locale pt-BR, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Expected behaviour Should display no new messages.

Can reproduce CR - Version 1.0.0, Beta 58, Channel Beta, Build 65, iOS 26.6 (arm64), Device iPhone13,1, Locale en-GB, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2

Can reproduce CR: Version 1.0.0, Beta 59, Channel Beta, Build 2401, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.2, Dart 3.13.2 | NB: Still valid on Beta 59.
