receiving a dm and then having it get deleted doesn't hoist the conversation

Observed behaviour

the dm in the dm list jumps back to where it was previously, as if it was only sorted by the date the last message was sent

Reproduction steps

receive a dm from someone who is not at the top of your dms list
have them delete the message

Expected behaviour the dm in the dm list should still be hoisted at the top even if the most recent messages get deleted. it behaves this way on desktop
