Observed behaviour
the dm in the dm list jumps back to where it was previously, as if it was only sorted by the date the last message was sent
Reproduction steps
- receive a dm from someone who is not at the top of your dms list
- have them delete the message

the dm in the dm list should still be hoisted at the top even if the most recent messages get deleted. it behaves this way on desktop
