Observed behaviour
Slowmode is still applied despite the bypass-permission.
Reproduction steps
- Have slowmode enabled in a channel.
- Set up a role that allows a user to bypass slowmode.
- Have that user send messages on the mobile app in the channel.

Slowmode should not have triggered upon sending a message for the user with the slowmode bypass permission.
