Color picker bottom dot not grabbable when both dots overlap

Summary

See the image for clarification. In that state, you can't grab the lower of the two dots, only the upper one.

1) Open any color picker modal 2) Reset it to #000000 3) Try to move the lower of the two dots

I second this but I got it the other way around. I can't move the lower slider, only the upper one, until they are separated.
