Color picker bottom dot not grabbable when both dots overlap

See the image for clarification. In that state, you can't grab the lower of the two dots, only the upper one.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open any color picker modal 2) Reset it to #000000 3) Try to move the lower of the two dots
